Letter: Column had it right on support of Bolton

My congratulations to Brian Greenspun for his column in the Las Vegas Sun on Sunday, in which he took a stand on U.N. Ambassador John Bolton.

Greenspun and I are not in agreement on many political issues, as I normally support the Republican viewpoint and he often supports a more Democratic view.

On this one, however, Greenspun is spot on. I appreciate his articulate and well-meaning comments.

Considering the track record of the U.N. and its pitiful leadership, a man such as Bolton is what we Americans need there. I certainly hope that Greenspun's comments and support will help persuade both sides of the aisle that Bolton should remain.
