Letter: Losing faith in Bush and his policies
Monday, April 17, 2006 | 7:25 a.m.
I am growing weary of the lies, deception and corruption of this Republican administration. I no longer believe George Bush or his supporters when they tell us that all is going well in Iraq. George W. Bush, with a straight face and a Cheshire cat smile, keeps asking us to trust him.
The blatant stubbornness, arrogance, ignorance and refusal to admit any errors by this president revive nightmare memories of Richard Nixon proclaiming, "I am not a crook." At least Richard M. Nixon had the decency to resign from office before his administration collapsed from total chaos.
