Letter: Abiding by speed limit will cut out road rage
Saturday, April 8, 2006 | 7:28 a.m.
The speed limit on the freeway is 65 mph in all lanes. Can letter writer Richard Simpson ("Speed up or get out of the freeway's fast lane," April 4) show me where the "fast" lane is? I've never seen it posted anywhere in my 33 years of driving in Las Vegas.
So I say to Mr. Simpson, stay within the 65 mph speed limit. "Limit" is the operative word and means that's as fast as you are allowed to drive.
Ever heard the saying there's a limit to everything? And yes, Mr. Simpson, speed is one of them.
