Letter: Bush presidency an unmitigated failure
Saturday, April 1, 2006 | 7:20 a.m.
By any measure, the presidency of George W. Bush has been a total failure.
It is somewhat reassuring that many Republican members of Congress have finally started to put aside party loyalty and vote on what's right rather than succumb to the bullying tactics that have been the practices of the Bush White House.
The failures and indiscretions of this administration are too numerous to detail. The positives are few. Isn't it time that John Ensign, who recently voiced his support of President Bush, woke up and faced reality?
