Benjamin L. Cuenco
Benjamin L. Cuenco, 69, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born May 4, 1936, in the Philippines. A resident for five years, he was a retired pharmaceutical sales agent.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl; four daughters, Olive Cuenco Garcia of Vallejo, Calif., Leia Cuenco, Dena Cuenco-Baumgardner and Kami Cuenco, all of Las Vegas; one son, Paul Cuenco of Oakland, Calif.; and four grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m. until a 3 p.m. service Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
Clint Duncan
Clint Duncan, 25, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 1, 1980, in Long Beach, Calif. A resident for eight years, he was a hotel barback.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Christopher Robert Duncan.
He is survived by his wife, Andera; his mother, Barbara Rich of Las Vegas; one brother, Eric Jorgenson of Green Bay, Wis.; and his grandparents, Dave Dewell of Lincoln City, Ore., and Ellen Benway of Vancouver, Wash.
Visitation is scheduled 1-3 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
Lillian Bernice Slocum
Lillian Bernice Slocum, 87, of Henderson died Tuesday in Henderson. She was born March 25, 1918, in Eau Claire, Wis. A resident for 55 years, she was a homemaker and a member of the American War Veterans.
She is survived by two daughters, Sandra Stitt of Lisbon, Ohio, and Jeanine Iardella of Henderson; four sons, Billy Slocum and Jim Slocum, both of Las Vegas, and Larry Slocum and Robert Slocum, both of Henderson; one sister, Denise Balk of Henderson; one brother, David DeMars of Rapid, Wis.; many grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 204 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Frank J. Spagnuolo
Frank J. Spagnuolo, 82, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 6, 1922, in Holland, Mich. A resident for 20 years, he was a retired music composer.
He is survived by two sisters, Lillian Dielkey of Las Vegas and Jeanette Karr of Bay City, Mich.
Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Almeina M. Williams
Almeina M. Williams, 78, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born July 5, 1927, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for 13 years, she was a retired customer service representative at a bank.
She is survived by three daughters, Paula Negron of North Las Vegas, Deborah Williams of Jamaica, N.Y., and Almeina Talbert of Montclair, N.J.; one son, George A. Williams of Las Vegas; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
