Alice Collis
Alice Collis, 57, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. A legal secretary, she was born Jan. 5, 1948, in Des Moines, Iowa.
She is survived by her husband, Robert; one son, Vincent Reeder Jr. of Indian Springs; two daughters, Dawna Waller of Las Vegas and Valinda Reeder of Henderson; two stepsons, Jeffery Collis and Brandon Collis, both of Las Vegas; one stepdaughter, Kellie Collis of Seattle; her mother, Marjorie Laws of Las Vegas; one brother, Jim Vallejo of Aurora, Colo.; one sister, Tina Gum of Seligman, Ariz.; and six grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.
Birder M. Culverson
Birder M. Culverson, 88, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 15, 1917, in Shreveport, La. A resident for more than 40 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, Johnetter Henry and Carrie Lee Hooper, both of Las Vegas; six sons, Ulus Henry, A.J. Henry, Willie T. Henry and Chester Lee Henry, all of Las Vegas, and Eddie Lee Henry and Roy Lee Henry, both of Lake Providence, La.; many grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Palm Chapel, Main. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
Esther B. Jacka
Esther B. Jacka, 89, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born June 22, 1916, in Beaver, Utah. A resident for 60 years, she was a homemaker, a former member of Nevada Lariats '50s and '60s, former crossing guard, PTA president at J.D. Smith School and grandparent aide and worked in special needs at Miller Elementary School for 14 years.
She is survived by one son, Bart Jacka of Reno; one daughter, Zelma Bower of Las Vegas; one brother, Steve Barton of Portage, Mich.; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Friday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Bunkers Chapel. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road.
Gordon John Koehnen
Gordon John Koehnen, 75, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born April 1, 1930, in Chaska, Minn. A resident for 13 years, he was a retired supper club owner-operator and a Korean War Air Force veteran.
He is survived by seven brothers, Eugene Koehnen of Las Vegas, Leonard Koehnen, Kenneth Koehnen, Lester Koehnen, Leroy Koehnen and Jim Koehnen, all of Minnesota, and Leslie Koehnen of Arizona; and eight sisters, Lorraine Brawnworth, Lorna Hounder, Jane Boubelik, Joan Felt, Florence Kirsch, Della Hartman and Lavern Wilson, all of Minnesota, and Virginia Agheivli of California.
Visitation is scheduled noon-7 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will be 9:20 a.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
Thaddeus Frank Matusik
Thaddeus Frank Matusik, 75, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born April 15, 1930, in East Chicago, Ind. A resident for 12 years, he was a retired district sales manager, an Army veteran, a member of American Legion Post 78 in East Chicago.
He is survived by his wife, Anne K.; two daughters, Karen L. Matusik of Littleton, Colo., and Nance Matusik Kyloh of France; two brothers, John Matusik of Griffith, Ind., and Stanley Matusik of Whiting, Ind.; one sister, Jeannie Macek of Highland, Ind.; and one grandchild.
Visitation and a vigil service is scheduled 4-6 p.m. Friday in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1811 Pueblo Vista Drive. Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1811 Pueblo Vista Drive.

Frances Catherine McCoy
Frances Catherine McCoy, 77, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 23, 1928, in Arkansas. A resident for three years, she was a teletype operator.
She is survived by three children; one brother, W.T. Marvell of Arkansas; one sister, Anna Grace Gaffi of Tennessee; 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to an 11 a.m. service Saturday at the LDS chapel, 3300 N. Buffalo Drive. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Gilbert Francis Robillard
Gilbert Francis Robillard, 56, of Henderson died Sunday in Henderson. He was born March 4, 1949, in Cambridge, Mass. A resident for one year, he was a dispatcher at an automobile auction and a Vietnam War Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; and two sons, Paul Robillard and Jeffrey Robillard, both of Henderson.
Visitation is scheduled 10-11 a.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in St. Peter the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 204 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson.
Susan E. Russell
Susan E. Russell, 79, of Henderson died Friday in Henderson. A bartender, she was born Aug. 26, 1926, in Owasa, Mich.
She is survived by three sons, David Taylor, Edward Taylor and Steven Shaw; two daughters, Susan Peabody and Patty Oliver; 17 grandchildren; and 35 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was scheduled one hour prior to a 2 p.m. service today in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North.

Bethenia Toston
Bethenia Toston, 55, of North Las Vegas died Thursday in North Las Vegas. She was born May 23, 1950, in Darnell, La. A resident for 45 years, she was a social worker.
She is survived by two sons, John S. Toston and Adamian C. Toston, both of North Las Vegas; two daughters, Trini Toston and Raysheen Toston, and one brother, Robert Culverson, all of Las Vegas; three sisters, Bernadine Toston of North Las Vegas and Barbara Toston and Melvyn Culverson, both of Las Vegas; 12 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Main.
Epigmenia Trillo
Epigmenia Trillo, 95, of Las Vegas died Sept. 14 in Las Vegas. She was born May 8, 1910, in Huejuquilla, Mexico. A resident for 39 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by five daughters, Graciela Pina of Mexico, Remedios Velarde, Rosa Biorato, Maria Trillo and Leticia Trillo, all of Las Vegas; one sister, Antonia Escalante, and one brother, Juan Escalante, both of Mexico; 27 grandchildren; and 51 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Thursday with a 6 p.m. rosary in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Friday in St. Christopher's Catholic Church, 1840 N. Bruce St.
Mary Caroline Huffman Vogt
Mary Caroline Huffman Vogt, 63, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born Nov. 28, 1942, in Illinois. A resident for 14 years, she was a nurse for the Clark County Health District.
She is survived by her ex-husband, Robert Sr. of Tustin, Calif.; one son, Robert Vogt Jr.; one daughter, Claire Vogt Armstrong; and two grandchildren.
