People in need can find HELP

Emergency resource services provided by HELP of Southern Nevada include rental and utility assistance, personal hygiene supplies, traveler's aid, food baskets, gifts, and toys during the holiday season.
During Thanksgiving last year, 3,109 families received food, and the holiday gifts program provided gifts and toys to 10,475 children. Rental Assistance was provided to 437 clients and 687 received utility assistance.
HELP of Southern Nevada has been working with individuals and families helping them become more self-sufficient and less dependent upon government assistance.
HELP's mission is to assist people, find solutions to their problems and overcome barriers so that they can attain self-sufficiency through direct services, training and referral to community resources.
