George B. Boyer
George B. Boyer, 84, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 20, 1920, in Parsons, Kan. A resident for 60 years, he was a retired musician and a World War II Army Air Corps veteran.
He was preceded in death by one son, Gregory Boyer.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce M.; three sons, Michael Boyer and Aaron Boyer, both of Las Vegas, and Kevin Boyer of Pocatello, Idaho; one daughter, Michele Sudal of Washington, Utah; one stepbrother, Donald Van Winkle of Huntington Beach, Calif.; one stepsister, Marge Stever of Peoria, Ill.; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 4 p.m. Saturday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to Alzheimer's Association, Southern Nevada Chapter, 5190 S. Valley View Blvd., Suite 101, Las Vegas, NV 89118.
A. Rosalyn B. Guy
A. Rosalyn B. Guy, 60, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 26, 1945, in Chicago. A resident for 38 years, she was a retired owner of a convention planning business, a member of the Links -- Las Vegas Chapter and Alpha Kappa Alpha.
She is survived by two stepsons, Michael Guy of Las Vegas and Addeliar Guy Jr. of Virginia; one stepdaughter, Pamela Guy of Tuskegee, Ala.; one sister, Glodene B. Winstead of Orange, Calif.; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to a noon service Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
The family suggests donations to the Shade Tree Shelter, P.O. Box 669, Las Vegas, NV 89125.
Teresa Cory James
Teresa Cory James, 42, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 24, 1962, in Salmon, Idaho. A resident for more than two years, she was a homemaker, a member and past madam president of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary and a member of the Loyal Order of Moose.
She is survived by her husband, Peter Boleng of Las Vegas; and one brother, Stan James of Wasilla, Alaska.
Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.

Patricia M. Leonard
Patricia M. Leonard, 85, of Las Vegas died Aug. 23 in Las Vegas. She was born July 29, 1920, in Derby, England. A resident for 52 years, she was a retired bookkeeper.
She is survived by two sisters, Lillian Stevens of Portland, Maine, and Margaret Magerkurth of Calverton, N.Y.; and one niece, Gail Ambrose of Gorham, Maine.
Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m. until a 1 p.m. service Sept. 10 in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.
The family suggests contributions to the donor's favorite charity.
Esther M. Mancha
Esther M. Mancha, 75, of Henderson died Tuesday in Henderson. She was born July 17, 1930, in Dayton, Ohio. A resident for 25 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Jesus; two daughters, Esther L. Mancha and Esther E. Mancha, both of Henderson; 10 sons, Mike Strunks of Deland, Fla., Kevin Mancha, Roy Mancha, Pete Mancha, Paul Mancha, Jeremy Mancha and Julian Mancha, all of Henderson, Jesse Mancha of Apple Valley, Calif., and Mark Mancha and David Mancha, both of Las Vegas; numerous grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Monday in King David Memorial Chapel, 2697 Eldorado Lane. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
Rhonda Nadine O'Byrne
Rhonda Nadine O'Byrne, 54, of Las Vegas died Sunday. A native Nevadan and longtime Las Vegas resident, she was born July 27, 1951, in Reno.
She is surived by her husband, Joe; three daughters, Barbara Collins, Kimberly Petronzi and Bridget Paris, all of Las Vegas; her stepmother, Frances Lenzora; six sisters, Luann, Patricia, Lynn, Sharon, Barbara and Lisa; one brother, Carl; two ex-husbands, Ralph Paris and Drake Petronzi; and six grandchildren.
A memorial service was scheduled at 4 p.m. today at Thurman White Middle School, 1661 Galleria Drive, Henderson.

Christine L. Strange
Christine L. Strange, 60, of Las Vegas died Aug. 26 in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 12, 1945, in Gary, Ind. A resident for 30 years, she was a hoel food server.
She is survived by one daughter, Sheena M. George; one son, Troy N. Strange; one brother, Frank Spierson; and three grandchildren.

Aloisia 'Lucy' Vasquez
Aloisia "Lucy" Vasquez, 50, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 7, 1955, in Munich, Germany. A resident for 10 years, she was a department store sales associate.
She is survived by two sons, Michael Vasquez and Mark Vasquez; one daughter, Monika Vasquez; her parents, Richard and Agathe Uzleber; one brother, Herb Uzleber; two sisters, Regina Palke and Frances Perez; and four grandchildren.

Sanchez Lamone Walker
Sanchez Lamone Walker, 29, of North Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. A cook, he was born June 7, 1976, in Las Vegas.
He is survived by one daughter, Aliyah Jordan Walker of Washington state; and his mother, Mary Walker of North Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 3-5 p.m. Wednesday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday in Bunkers Chapel.
JoAnn Weller
JoAnn Weller, 61, of Henderson died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 7, 1944, in Henderson. A lifelong resident, she was a retired hotel cocktail waitress.
She is survived by one daughter, Laura Westcott, and one sister, Susan Thompson, both of Henderson; and two grandsons.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday in Community Church of Henderson, 360 E. Horizon Drive. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.
