MTR Gaming Group Inc., the Chester, W.Va.-based parent of Presque Isle Downs, said it will build the $170 million thoroughbred track and casino in Summit Township, Pa.

The state Gaming Control Board is not yet taking applications for gaming licenses at racetracks.
