Letter: Bush crowd bent on waging war

Once again a Bush worshipper spreads the right-wing mantra that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction (Gaye McDonald's Oct. 25 letter, "The truth about Saddam is out there").

McDonald can give "data" from right-wing Web sites until the cows come home, but it does not change the fact that Bush's crowd wanted war.

Amusingly, McDonald brings up the fact Bill Clinton thought there were WMDs. So what? Clinton caved into the right wing all through his terms as president anyway, so he is not a hero to those of us who see this war for what it is -- a neo-con folly.
