These animals have to be castrated upon their second conviction. I'm sick and tired of hearing about their hideous actions against innocent children. There's a limit reached, even in a sick society like ours. After a few hundred castrations, the word will get out to the rest of these child molesters.
Believe me, if some prominent politician's, judge's or lawyer's child was molested, laws would change fast.
