Letter: If not Bush, who would we impeach?

The needless loss of life in the Hurricane Katrina disaster was a direct result of appointing cronies to vital emergency agencies. We are mired in an expensive, unlawful war and we have lost an American city. At a time when we need a Franklin D. Roosevelt, all we have is George W. Bush. It appears that, to paraphrase Donald Rumsfeld, we must solve our problems with the president we have rather than with the president we want.
