Immunizations offered for kids
Success By Six and Clinic on Wheels will hold an immunization clinic from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Ruby Thomas Elementary School, 1560 E. Cherokee Lane and at Robert E. Lake Elementary School, 2904 Meteoro St., from 9-11:30 a.m. June 2.
Families with children enrolling in kindergarten for the 2005-2006 school year are encouraged to visit the schools, where youth will receive immunization on a first-come, first-serve basis inside the COW bus.
The immunizations will be provided at no cost to children in need.

Boulder City Rotary to host barbecue
The Boulder City Rotary Club will host the Best Dam Barbecue cook-off competition Friday and Saturday in Boulder City.
The event will feature an antique show and sale. Dealers and individuals with their own collections and antiques and collectibles are invited to sell their wares 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday at the Boulder City park. Outdoor booths will be available. From 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, car clubs and individual owners will show their cars in Wibur Park.
Additionally, there will be hamburgers, hot dogs, side dishes, kettle corn, water, soft drinks, entertainment and more. For more information, visit BestDamBarbecue.com.
