NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A four-run 11th inning Monday carried the 51s to an 8-6 victory against the host Sounds in their Pacific Coast League game at Greer Stadium.

Nashville rallied for two runs in the bottom of the 11th but Alfredo Gonzalez came on to get Pat Borders on a popup to end the game and earn his first save of the season.

The victory pulled the 51s to 18-19 on the season and three games out of first place in the PCL Southern Division.

Willy Aybar, who had earlier extended his hitting streak to 15 games, led off the 51s' 11th inning with a single to right off Nashville reliever Justin Lehr and moved to third on Norihiri Nakamura's double to right. After a walk loaded the bases, Aybar raced home on Lehr's wild pitch to give the 51s a 5-4 lead.

Dioner Navarro followed by driving a two-run double to right-center before the final run of the frame came home unearned following a fielding error by Trent Durrington.

Trailing 2-0, the 51s got on the board in the top of the sixth when they executed a double steal after Chin-Feng Chen took a called third strike. Rehabbing outfielder Jayson Werth, who had singled, broke for second on the pitch and beat Borders' throw to second. Antonio Perez, on third after reaching on a Durrington throwing error, hustled home upon Borders' throw to second.

Norihiro Nakamura, who finished a triple short of the cycle during his 3-for-5 evening, sliced the Nashville lead to 4-2 in the seventh with a leadoff solo homer to right-center off Sounds starter Rick Helling, the infielder's third tater of the year.

The 51s tied it up in the eighth on Aybar's two-out, two-run bloop double to center off Sounds reliever Kane Davis that resulted in a collision between shortstop Steve Scarborough and Krynzel, the center fielder.

Franquelis Osoria (1-1) picked up his first victory of the season with 1 1/3 inning of scoreless relief for Las Vegas. Lehr (4-3) was tagged with the loss.
