Because of an error by the Sun, a headline in Friday's home edition incorrectly stated an arbitration panel's decision regarding the county's ongoing dispute with AF Construction. The decision is in regard to the Clark County Detention Center, not the Regional Justice Center as the headline indicated. The Sun regrets the error.
