Carol Lynn Cravero
Carol Lynn Cravero, 60, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 2, 1944, in Miami. A resident for 10 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Vincent; two daughters, Elizabeth McGee and Gina Cravero, both of Las Vegas; and three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
Gertrude Marie Febro
Gertrude Marie Febro, 82, of Henderson died Wednesday in a local hospice. She was born Nov. 7, 1922, in East Providence, R.I. A resident for 11 years, she was a homemaker and a volunteer at the Liberace Museum.
She is survived by one daughter, Janet Martinez of Miami; two sons, Charles Febro Jr. of Blountville, Tenn., and Kevin Febro of Henderson; one brother, Anthony Sears Jr. of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday in St. Peter's Catholic Church, 204 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Graveside services will be noon Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
Rena Elaine Gonzales
Rena Elaine Gonzales, 25, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born March 1, 1980, in Henderson.
She is survived by two daughters, Angel Mendez and Vanessa Mendez; her father and stepmother, Lloyd and Joey Gonzales; her mother, Rosie Fada; one sister, Genevieve Mestas; one brother, Jose Gonzales; one half-brother, Justin; one half-sister, Jessica; and her grandparents, Sam and Pauline Gonzales.
Visitation will be 2-5 p.m. Monday in Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St.
Alfreda Virginia Jones
Alfreda Virginia Jones, 72, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in North Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 23, 1933, in Utica, Miss. A resident for 50 years, she was a hostess at a hotel.
She is survived by five daughters, Denise Brown, Linda Witt, Elaine Jones, Paula Jones and Traci Johnson, and three sons, Willie Dixon, Melvin Jones Jr. and Kim Jones, all of Las Vegas; 14 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 1:30-7 p.m. Monday in Thomas and Jones Funeral Home, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be noon Tuesday in Greater New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 1100 N. D St. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Irving E. Kleidon
Irving E. Kleidon, 84, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. A Coca-Cola bottler and an Army veteran, he was born May 6, 1920, in St. Paul, Minn.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly; two sons, William Kleidon and Gary Kleidon, both of San Jose, Calif.; two daughters, Debra Klus of Hornbrook, Calif., and Marilyn Kleidon of Las Vegas; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
No local services are scheduled. A memorial services will be in California. Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St., is handling arrangements.
Max V. Leavitt
Max V. Leavitt, 84, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born May 9, 1920, in Delta, Utah. A resident for 25 years, he was a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel and a World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War veteran.
He is survived by two sons, Wayne Leavitt and Newell Leavitt, both of Nevada; two daughters, Janice Voorhies of Salt Lake City and Maxine Whitney of Great Falls, Mont.; 20 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. today in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Additional visitation is scheduled one hour prior to an 11 a.m. service Saturday at the LDS Gateway/Wyoming chapel. Burial will be in Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road.
B. David Lionel
B. David Lionel, 72, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born March 25, 1933, in Tolleson, Ariz. A resident for 30 years, he was a retired teamster and a Navy veteran.
He is survived by two sons, Michael Lionel of Benicia, Calif., and Danny Lionel of Las Vegas; two sisters, Lorraine Whitehead of Carson, Calif., and Elizabeth Finch of Albuquerque; and six grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Monday in Bunkers Eden Vale Memorial Park, 1216 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the American Heart Association, 6370 W. Flamingo Road, Suite 1, Las Vegas, NV 89103.
Robert Lee McLaughlin
Robert Lee McLaughlin, 66, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 27, 1938, in California. A resident for 32 years, he was a keno writer.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Margaret Rose; two daughters, Kay Lyn Brown and Robin Rose Nichols, and one son, Perry Lee McLaughlin, all of Las Vegas; two brothers, Gerald Leon McLaughlin of Florida and David Wayne McLaughlin of California; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. Wednesday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in Bunkers Chapel. Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery.
Kristen Rae Moulton
Kristen Rae Moulton, 44, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 23, 1960, in Lansing, Mich. A resident for two years, she was a human resource representative.
She is survived by one daughter, Lauren Jane Moulton, and her parents, Richard and Shirley Moulton, all of Las Vegas; and one brother, Kyle Moulton of Charlotte, Mich.
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Monday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Palm Chapel, Cheyenne.
Corina Sobalvarro
Corina Sobalvarro, 69, of Henderson died Tuesday in Henderson. She was born Aug. 14, 1935, in Nicaragua. A resident for 28 years, she was a retired hotel housekeeper.
She is survived by four daughters, Marlene Malloy, Lilliam Gutierrez and Martha Canas, all of Las Vegas and Filena of Henderson; two sons, William Sobalvarro and Leonardo Sobalvarro, both of Henderson; one sister, Amada Centeno of Florida; two brothers, Pedro Lopez and Francisco Lopez, both of Managua, Nicaragua; and 19 grandchildren.
Visitation will be 2-7 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in Palm Chapel, Henderson. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.
The family suggest donations to Faith Christian Church, 421 S. Pacific Ave., Henderson, NV 89015.
