CCSN to host Spring Career Fair
The Spring Career Fair will be 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday at Community College of Southern Nevada, 3200 E. Cheyenne Ave.
Open to local residents as well as CCSN students, the fair will feature many employers in the June Whitley Student Center. Employers will conduct a variety of activities: providing company information and job applications, and accepting resumes. Call 651-4700.
Sprint offers Taste of Technology
The Taste of Technology Tour will be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at Sprint, 330 S. Valley View Blvd.
Information of how current and retired federal employees, veterans and American Indians can receive free assistive equipment and how other citizens can qualify for free equipment will be available.

Camps scheduled at Lee Canyon
Deposits are being accepted by mail through April 8 for four, six-day, overnight, summer resident camps at Camp Lee Canyon at Mount Charleston in July and August.
Each camp has a special focus and is geared toward a specific age group. Campers will also enjoy traditional camp activities such as hiking, campfires, skits, and games.
Beginning April 18, walk-in registration will be accepted at Sunset Park's Administration Building, 2601 E. Sunset Road; Desert Breeze Community Center, 8275 Spring Mountain Road; and Hollywood Recreation Center, 1650 S. Hollywood Blvd., pending availability of openings after mail-in registration. A $100 deposit will hold a camp space. Cost for each camp is $350. Call 455-8824.
A free conversational Spanish class
will be held from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. for seven weeks on Fridays beginning April 8 at the North Las Vegas Library, 2300 Civic Center Drive. Call 633-1070 to reserve a seat in the class.
