Robert Ray Abbott
Robert Ray Abbott, 48, of Las Vegas died March 6 in Las Vegas. A jeweler, he was born June 8, 1956, in Fort Riley, Kan.
He is survived by three daughters, Shelly Garcia and Robyn Abbott, both of Las Vegas, and Sally Ann Ralston of Idaho; one son, Ryan Abbott of Las Vegas; his mother, Judy Critz of Bullhead City, Ariz.; his father, Albert Abbott of Kansas; two brothers, Ronald Abbott of North Las Vegas and Roger Abbott of Arkansas; one sister, Darina Critz of Las Vegas; and four grandchildren.
Private services will be in Lone Pine, Calif. Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St., is handling arrangements.
Raymond Henry Davis
Raymond Henry Davis, 86, of North Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born June 1, 1918, in Essex, Mo. A resident for 43 years, he was a retired owner-operator of an automobile salvage company and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Jewel; two daughters, Beverly Hughes of Lake Elsinore, Calif., and Sandra Bunell of Las Vegas; one son, James E. Davis Sr. of Las Vegas; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled noon-7 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to a 12:30 p.m. service Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Graveside services will follow at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road.
The family suggests donations to Alzheimer's Association, Southern Nevada Chapter, 5190 S. Valley View Blvd., Suite 101, Las Vegas, NV 89118.
Pete Flensburg
Pete Flensburg, 68, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Feb. 24, 1937, in Dillingham, Alaska. A resident for two years, he was a retired newspaper delivery agent and a Korean War Marine Corps veteran.
He is survived by his significant other, Antoinette Garzelli of Las Vegas; one son, Raymond Benedetto of Orange County, Calif.; and one brother, Carl Flensburg of Dillingham.
Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
Rebecca Suzanne Gardinier
Rebecca Suzanne Gardinier, 55, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born April 20, 1949. A resident for 51 years, she was a customer service representative and a member of the Chamber of Commerce.
She is survived by two sons, James Gardinier and David Gardinier, and one daughter, Christine Gardinier, her mother, Ruby Waldo, one brother, John Nawratil, and one sister, Nerissa Thomas, all of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m. Saturday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.
Gordon L. Lawitzke
Gordon L. Lawitzke, 66, of Henderson died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 9, 1938, in Port Hope, Mich. A resident for 27 years, he was a retired grocery meat cutter and a Korean War Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Carol; one daughter, Sherri Leisure of Elk Grove, Calif.; two sons, Robert Lawitzke of Seattle and Gordon Lawitzke II of Henderson; and five grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Additional visitation is scheduled two hours prior to a 6 p.m. service Thursday in Grace Lutheran Church, 2657 Horizon Ridge Parkway, Henderson.
Inez E. Morris
Inez E. Morris, 73, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born May 27, 1931, in Louisiana. A resident for 50 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by three sons, Rena Everfield, Kellough Morris Jr. and Walter Morris, and four daughters, Rolland Everfield, Lisa Cromwell, Jacqueline Hampton and Inez Watkins, all of Las Vegas; three brothers, Isaac Everfield and James Everfield, both of Louisiana, and Willie Everfield of Michigan; one sister, Emma M. Love of Henderson; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 1-8 p.m. Thursday in Thomas and Jones Funeral Home, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Greater Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church, 1915 Lexington St. Burial will follow in Davis' Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
Sal Mosca
Sal Mosca, 64, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospice. He was born Feb. 13, 1941, in New York City. A resident for 20 years, he was a director for an automotive business.
He is survived by his wife, Lucille; three daughters, Theresa Ann Mosca, Denise Turner and Lorraine Mosca, all of Las Vegas; three sisters, Joanne Miraglia of Oak Park, Calif., Michelle Glynn of Caston, Pa., and Jeannie Miraglia of Thousand Oaks, Calif.; and one grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m. until a 1 p.m. service Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Yetta Powell
Yetta Powell, 88, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospice. She was born March 15, 1917, in New York City. A resident for 26 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Ted Powell of Las Vegas.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 Eldorado Lane.

Peter J. Rugani Jr.
Peter J. Rugani Jr., 81, of Pompano Beach, Fla., died Sunday. He was born Oct. 1, 1923, in Pittsburgh. A former Las Vegas resident, he owned the Daily Work Daily Pay company and was a World War II Navy veteran.
He is survived by three daughters, Eileen Betzold, Cynthia Barnard and Hope Rugani; his former wife, Joan Rugani; and two grandchildren.
No local services are scheduled. Services will be in Florida. Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Memory Gardens Funeral Home, Lake Worth, is handling arrangements.

James Webster Swann
James Webster Swann, 75, of Henderson died Saturday in a local hospice. He was born Aug. 17, 1929, in Barboursville, W.Va. He retired as an electrician from Appalachian Electric Power Company and was a Korean War Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by five brothers; three sisters; and two grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Tazuka M.; one daughter, Amy Margaret Swann of Las Vegas; two sons, James Richard Swann of Fayetteville, N.C., and John Michael Swann of Sod, W.Va.; three sisters, Freda Powell of Chillicothe, Ohio, and Rosalie Hunsaker and Patty Derbyshire, both of Huntington, W.Va.; and six grandchildren.

Carrie Lee Thomas, 83, of North Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. A guest room attendant, she was born Sept. 21, 1921, in Bolton, Miss.
She is survived by two sons, Merimon Thomas of Las Vegas and Bobby B. Thomas of North Las Vegas; one daughter, Jacquline Thomas of North Las Vegas; three sisters, Rosie Cooper and Beatrice Evans, both of California, and Minnie Lee Bryant of Las Vegas; one brother, Bill State of Indiana
Doris Wilson
Doris Wilson, 88, of Henderson died March 19 in Henderson. She was born April 11, 1916, in New York City. A resident for 20 years, she was a legal secretary, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Henderson and the Henderson Beautification Committee and was a volunteer for the city of Henderson.
She is survived by one son, Guy L. Mongan of Dolan Springs, Ariz.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Our Savior Lutheran Church, 59 Lynn Lane, Henderson. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
