StumbleCompany breaks ground on urban village

Carina Corp. broke ground this morning on the Village of Centennial Springs, at Farm Road and Tule Springs near Durango Drive and U.S. 95. The 41-acre mixed-use development will feature a combination of residences, retail outlets, restaurants and offices. The $100 million development will be completed in two years, Carina said.
