The Las Vegas Sun's editorials are so right about the homeless "problem." So many of us are a paycheck away from the streets. There is no way our mayor can say this is a "world-class" city if he keeps ignoring the homeless.
A real world-class city, such as Chicago, has plans in place for dealing with the homeless. Mayor Richard Daley knows that pretending they are not there does not help them.
