Firm shuffles executive team

Las Vegas-based Alliance Gaming Corp. has realigned its management team and has made several executive appointments.
Steven Des Champs was appointed chief financial officer, replacing Robert Saxton. Des Champs has been chief accounting officer since 2001. Saxton, who has been chief financial officer since 2001, will continue as treasurer, president of casino operations and will become executive vice president of the company's Bally Gaming division.
Mark Lipparelli, who has been with Alliance since 2002 as executive vice president of Bally Systems, will become executive vice president of operations.
Mick Roember was named senior vice president of products and marketing and Ramesh Srinivasan is joining the company as executive vice president of Bally Systems. Srinivasan was formerly a business unit executive vice president for Manhattan Associates.
