Eminent domain has now been changed to imminent domain. With the latest U. S. Supreme Court ruling that local governments can take away private property for the benefit of another (but rich and politically powerful) private party, I can only say I have been fortunate in my lifetime that I have not had to have a personal problem adjudicated by these educated but stupid judges.

They have now displayed their arrogance, snobbishness and disregard for the people of this country who support the U.S. Constitution. This same can be said of the federal district courts and the state supreme courts.
