Letter: Mobile billboards needlessly pollute

I am writing in criticism of the mobile billboard business. It's more large vehicles clogging already crowded streets, unneccessarily burning rapidly depleting fossil fuels and adding unneccessarily to an already overpolluted atmosphere.
I'm all for free enterprise, but this is a very bad idea that should not be allowed anywhere. Do we only give lip service to the idea of making our environment the best that it can be?
This is the type of thing the Sierra Club should be paying attention to, instead of frivolous lawsuits against the widening of highways that desperately need it.
