StumbleLetter: Regulating garage sales a dumb idea

So a proposal was made to make it against the law in Las Vegas to have a garage sale without being registered? This is one of the dumbest things I have heard of in many years.
Doesn't the City Council have anything better to do with its time? I feel sorry for the people of Las Vegas, having Big Brother even considering the monitoring of garage sales. Thank God I live in Reno!
