Nevada figures along with the regions with the 10 highest and lowest rates of marijuana use by residents 12 and over, according to a report by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration:

Clark County, 5.39 percent

Washoe County, 5.82 percent

Rest of state, 4.38 percent

Boston, 12.16 percent

Boulder, Colo., 10.3 percent

Southeast Massachusetts, 9.53 percent

Champlain Valley, Vt., 9.37 percent
