Life support courses scheduled

The Basic Life Support Instructor Course will be offered from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 29 and 30 at St. Rose Dominican Hospitals' Rose de Lima campus, 102 E. Lake Mead Parkway.

The two-day course is open to individuals who have current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider cards and would like to teach BLS courses. The course is designed to teach methods needed to effectively instruct others in Basic Life Support courses such as Healthcare Provider and Heart Saver AED/CPR.
