StumbleLetter: Rebate formula makes no sense

It makes no sense the Legislature has decided to give $75 to $275 to those who registered a vehicle last year rather than give $175 to all registered drivers over the age of 18, as the Democrats suggested.
Why not give more money to more people? This is the most equitable solution, and makes the most sense. Of course, common sense often eludes our elected officials.
