Women to get awards from Action Network

The National Action Network's "Ordinary Women Doing Extraordinary Things Women Changing America" dinner and awards will be 6 p.m. Saturday at Texas Station.
The 2005 recipients are: Barbara Robinson, Southern Nevada Workforce Investment Board; Las Vegas Councilman Lois Tarkanian; state Senate Minority Leader Dina Titus; Gail Burks, Nevada Fair Housing Center; JuJuan Morris, Nevada Partners and Culinary Training Academy; Evelyn Washington, Kermit L. Waters Law Firm; Jackie Ingram, Wells Fargo Bank.
Marsha Coles, One on ONe Safety and Quality Control Inc.; Kye Wilson, American Family Insurance; Lillian McMorris, Your Resource; Diane Fontes, Nevada Minority Purchasing Council; Helecia Thomas, GNJ Family Resource Center; Tiffany Elliot, Tiffany Paradise of Hair and Nails; Marjorie Fields-Harris, Executive Director National Action Network; Margie Rosado, Latin Chamber of Commerce; Rose Winston, Minister; Bessie Richards, Bread of Life Ministries; Renee Wilson, Entertainer; and Sandra Phillips Johnson, Delta Phi Sigma Theta Sorority.
