Michael David Harris
Michael David Harris, 46, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 23, 1958, in Brawley, Calif. A resident for 20 years, he was a transportation manager, a 32nd degree Master Mason, a member of the Acacia Lodge 49, Sunrise Chapter 28, deputy member of the International Supreme Council and the Nevada DeMolay Association.
He is survived by his father and stepmother, A. Pat Harris Jr. and Penny Harris, and one brother, Eric Harris, all of El Centro, Calif.; and one sister, Beverly Byrns of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 9 a.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Main, followed by burial in Palm Memorial Park.
The family suggests donations to Masonic Youth Organizations, OES Homes Board, and the Immediate Use Fund.
Keith 'Brian' Hooks
Keith "Brian" Hooks, 44, of Henderson died Sunday in a local care center. He was born June 22, 1961, in Richmond, Calif. A resident for eight years, he was a pipe insulator, Navy veteran, and a member of the Asbestos Workers Local 16 in San Francisco.
He is survived by one daughter, Subrina Ashley, and one son, Kenneth Keoki, both of Henderson; his mother, Catherine Castillo of Minden; his father and stepmother, Ken and Emi Hooks, both of Henderson; two brothers, Bill and Fed; one sister, Denise; and his grandmother, Mary Swerdfeger of Minden.
A memorial service is scheduled 4 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson.

Robert McNeal
Robert McNeal, 82, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 11, 1922, in Arkansas. A resident for 51 years, he was a Nevada Power Co. employee, a World War II veteran and a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Bessie; three sons, Robert A. McNeal of Del Rio, Texas, Richard W. McNeal of Carson, Calif., and Reid E. McNeal of Grand Cayman Islands; four daughters, Dorothy Steel, Shirley Allison and Adrienne Rodgers, all of Las Vegas, and Gailya Thomas of Long Beach, Calif.; two sisters, Helen Loggins of Richmond, Calif., and Lorene Goodwin of Las Vegas; 14 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Thursday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Bunkers Chapel. Graveside services will follow in Eden Vale Memorial Park.
Raymond C. Oberholtzer
Raymond C. Oberholtzer, 83, of Boulder City died July 2 in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 21, 1921, in Norristown, Pa. A resident for 14 years, he was a retired aircraft parts mechanic and a World War II Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Ellen.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Christ Lutheran Church, 1401 Fifth St., Boulder City.
Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Juvelina Poltronieri
Juvelina Poltronieri, 74, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 12, 1931, in Portugal. A resident for 26 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Clovis; one son, Daniel; one daughter, Monica; and one brother, Manuel.
Visitation is scheduled 9-5 p.m. Wednesday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Christopher's Catholic Church, 1840 N. Bruce St.
Morton Schechter
Morton Schechter, 74, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospice. He was born Feb. 14, 1931, in Cleveland. A resident for 13 years, he was a retired real estate salesman and a Korean War Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Corrine; one daughter, Lynn Ruderman of Las Vegas; two sons, Eric Schechter of Hernando Beach, Fla., and Neal Schechter of Ronkonkoma, N.Y.; and six grandchildren.
Services will be 9:30 a.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., followed by burial in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Wayne Allen Stacy
Wayne Allen Stacy, 71, of Henderson died Monday in Henderson. He was born Dec. 27, 1933, in Carbon Hill, Ohio. A resident for 49 years, he was a retired senior city marshal.
He is survived by his wife, Berdene; one daughter, Teresa Neilson of Las Vegas; two sons, Michael Stacy of Las Vegas and Russell Stacy of Henderson; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson.

Mary Helen Taylor
Mary Helen Taylor, 42, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 31, 1962, in Louisiana. A resident for 35 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, Latasha Taylor and Shelina Taylor, and three sons, Anthony Taylor, Maurice Collins and Louis Rose, all of Las Vegas; her mother and stepfather, Ella Hunt and Charles Hunt, both of North Las Vegas; three brothers, Michael Harris, Clinton Taylor and Ricky Taylor, and two sisters, Clara Warren and Retha Beverly, all of Las Vegas; and eight grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Wednesday in Thomas and Jones Funeral Home, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Ebenezer Church of God in Christ, 1072 W. Bartlett Ave., followed by burial in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Mildred E. Williams
Mildred E. William, 89, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 27, 1915, in Afton, Iowa. A resident for many years, she was a retired professional singer.
She is survived by her husband, John Lloyd; one son, John Lloyd Williams Jr. of Las Vegas; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to a 3:30 p.m. service Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.
