George Allawas
George Allawas, 78, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born June 22, 1927, in New York. A resident for seven years, he was a contractor and a World War II Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Sylvia; three sons, Nicholas Allawas, George Allawas Jr. and David Allawas; three daughters, Theresa Thomas, Cynthia Darby and Denise Allawas; two brothers, Charles Allawas and Amil Allawas; two sisters, Genieve Spango and Georgette Allawas; and six grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 131 N. Ninth St. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling pending arrangements.
Raymond G. Buckner
Raymond G. Buckner, 53, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born April 28, 1952, in Detroit. A resident for 29 years, he was a hotel valet and a member of Teamsters Local 995.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy; two sons, Raymond Buckner and Adam Buckner, one brother, Tony, and two sisters, Hazel and Nancy Ann, all of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 1-7 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to a 6 p.m. service Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Willie E. 'Bill' Elmore Jr.
Willie E. "Bill" Elmore Jr., 77, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born May 2, 1928, in Eagleville, Tenn. A resident for 10 years, he was a retired Air Force major and a Vietnam War veteran.
He is survived by one daughter, Lorri Elmore of Las Vegas.
Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
Mary Melin
Mary Melin, 76, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 5, 1929, in Pennsylvania. A resident for 30 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Robert; one daughter, Joyce Moore, and one son, Bob McConnell, both of Richland, Ky.
Visitation is scheduled noon-2 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Andrea Ramudo
Andrea Ramudo, 87, of Henderson died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 19, 1917, in Cuba. A resident for 34 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Arturo Ramudo of Henderson and Armando Ramudo of Weston, Fla.; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Andrew Spencer Robins
Andrew Spencer Robins, 4, of North Las Vegas died June 29 in a local hospital. He was born Feb. 27, 2001, in Las Vegas.
He is survived by his mother, Cristina O. Robins of Las Vegas; his father, Troy J. Robins, and one sister, Isabella Tayler Robins, both of North Las Vegas; and two brothers, C.J. Rivera of Las Vegas and Troy J. Robins Jr. of North Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Cheyenne. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest, 6701 N. Jones Blvd.

Thomas Daniel Sheppard
Thomas Daniel Sheppard, 66, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospice. He was born April 10, 1939, in Easton, Pa. A resident for nine years, he was a retired orthopedic surgeon and a Vietnam War Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Ash; three sons, Robert Sheppard of Mission Viejo, Calif., and Steven Sheppard and Daniel Sheppard, both of Costa Mesa, Calif.; two sisters, Carole Tusche of Easton and Sally Linsenbigler of Nazareth, Pa.; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Charles Sinisgalli
Charles Sinisgalli, 62, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born March 6, 1943, in Utica, N.Y. A resident for 30 years, he retired as a dealer from the Stardust.
He is survived by one cousin, John Ligas of Whitesboro, N.Y.

Verna Marie Elizabeth White
Verna Marie Elizabeth White, 88, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 28, 1917, in Hamilton, Ontario. A resident for eight years, she was a retired aerospace factory worker.
She is survived by one daughter, Sandra Tidwell of Las Vegas; and one granddaughter.
Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St., is handling private arrangements.
