A story in Thursday's edition reported that the U.S. attorney's office was thought to have failed to communicate to Southern Nevada authorities a potential terrorist threat to Las Vegas. The U.S. Attorney's Office in Detroit was the focus of local authorities' anger after Las Vegas officials first learned of the threat when it came out during a 2003 federal trial in Detroit.
