Death outside bar is ruled an accident

The Clark County coroner's office has ruled the death of a 50-year-old man outside a Green Valley bar an accident.

According to the coroner's office, Kenneth Klein died from head trauma after he fell outside Brando's Grill and Bar, 2801 Green Valley Parkway near Sunset Road in Henderson.

Klein's body was found outside the bar about 5 a.m. Friday, police said. Employees and patrons at the bar told officers Klein was inside the bar before he died, although few details about what happened after he left Brando's were available.

Henderson Police initially investigated Klein's death as a possible homicide because department policy requires that approach whenever bodies are found in such a manner.
