Steve Ochs of Images in Concrete stained a concrete mural on Tuesday during the Artistry in Decorative Concrete event during World of Concrete at the Las Vegas Convention Center. After a national cement shortage hit Las Vegas last year, delaying projects and shortening work weeks, the cement shortage was expected to ease by the end of last year and this year, said Ryan Puckett, spokesman with the Portland Cement Association.
