Valley Bancorp, which has Valley Bank branches in Las Vegas, Henderson and Pahrump, announced that it has spent $1.8 million on a new bank headquarters.
The 9,960-square-foot, two-story building is located at Jones and Charleston boulevards. Bank officials said in a statement that they plan to move in during the second quarter of this year.
Valley Bancorp Chief Executive Barry Hulin said the bank is using funds generated from its recent public stock offering, adding that there are tentative plans to put a fourth branch in the headquarters building.
