Fundraiser
A benefit performance of "Forbidden Vegas" will be held at 8 p.m. today at the Westin Theatre in the Westin Casuarina Hotel & Spa, 160 E. Flamingo Road. Tickets are $39.95, and $10 of each ticket will be donated to the QVegas Foundation, a nonprofit organization that distributes funds and services to organizations that serve the Las Vegas Lesian Gay Bisexual Transgender community. Brooks Quartet
The Calvin Brooks Quartet will perform at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Winchester Cultural Center, 3130 S. McLeod Drive. Tickets are $15 general, $10 seniors and children, $7 Jazz and Guitar society members. 455-7340.
'Gershwin'
New York cabaret stars KT Sullivan and Mark Nadler will sing the songs of George Gershwin in "Sweet and Lowdown: An Afternoon of Pure Gershwin," at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Charleston Heights Arts Center, 800 S. Brush St. Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door. 229-6383.
