StumbleDeveloper names new president

Olympia Development Corp., an affiliate of Olympia Land Corp., has named Patrick Done as its new president. Done will be responsible for daily management and operations associated with the development of new high-rise residential high-rise development as well as new office and retail properties in Southern Highlands, a division of Olympia Land Corp.
Most recently Done was senior vice president of the Howard Hughes Corp., where he was responsible for asset management of several commercial properties throughout the nation, totaling 11.5 million square feet.
