Letter: Bush protecting drug companies

The usual Bush credo -- "My way or the highway" -- is exemplified in his wanting to veto any bill our senators want to put through to lower our prescription drug costs, like getting low-cost drugs from Canada. If that bill were passed, President Bush's precious drug companies might have their toes stepped on.
And, yes, if he should succeed with his plan to reform Social Security, we'll be really sorry. All it would take for people to lose everything would be another crash of the stock market.
