Asian Chamber honors leaders

The Shirley Chen Dancers performed during the Asian Community Achievement Awards event on Friday. The Las Vegas Asian Chamber of Commerce honored several community leaders and companies during the celebration: Rep. Jim Gibbons was honored as the elected official of the year; Caesars Entertainment was honored as corporation of the year; Sue Kim was honored as community service person of the year; Sue Fawn Chung was honored as educator of the year; Bonnie Chu was honored as business person of the year; Wei Feng Zheng and Li Yee Guo were honored as professionals of the year; Bobbie Pope was honored as member of the year and Cherina Kleven was honored as civil servant of the year.
