Book signing

Sarah Marks, author of the best-selling book "Reservations Required -- Culinary Secrets of Las Vegas' Celebrity Chefs," will team with Chef Anthony Amoroso of Fiamma Trattoria at MGM for a cooking demonstration/book signing from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at the Fashion Show mall.
