StumbleLetter: War funds must be in budget

George W. Bush lied about why he invaded Iraq and now he is deceitful about paying for his war by excluding from his proposed budget the additional tens of billions of dollars it will cost to continue fighting there.
Bush was re-elected because he used the fear of terrorism to dupe Americans into voting for him. What we really should be afraid of is what he himself is doing to this country.
