The leading manufacturer of slot machines has filed a report with the Securities and Exchange Commission detailing the fees it paid to independent auditors.
Institutional Shareholder Services, an investor, requested that International Game Technology provide additional information on fees billed by Deloitte & Touche LLP in connection with its proxy statement filed for the 2005 shareholders meeting.
IGT's filing said the company paid $3.7 million for the auditors' services for the fiscal year that ended Sept. 30.
