Cendant Corp., the largest U.S. real estate and travel-services company, said fourth-quarter earnings rose as record home sales boosted results at its real estate brokerages including Century 21.
Net income rose to $357 million, or 33 cents a share, from $288 million, or 27 cents, a year earlier. Revenue rose to $4.9 billion, the New York-based company said Monday in a faxed statement.
