Arts Advocates offers scholarships

Nevada Arts Advocates announced that applications for the 2005 scholarships are available to graduating high school seniors who desire to continue their studies in the arts.

Applications may be obtained through the counselor offices at state high schools or on the NAA Website at www.nvartsadvocates.org.

Applications may be submitted in dance, music, theatre or visual arts. The deadline for applications to be postmarked is Feb. 14.

The Green Valley High School

Theater Department will perform "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" at 7 p.m. Thursday through Feb. 12 and Feb. 17-19 at Green Valley High School, 460 Arroyo Grande Blvd., Henderson. Admission is $10. Call 933-7777.
