So Frank Fahrenkopf, president of the American Gaming Association, thinks smoking bans are bad for casinos. He would do well to visit Dover Downs in Delaware's capital.
I walked through this entirely smokeless facility and saw people lined up waiting for one of the 2,500 slots. We applaud Delaware for this smoking ban and doubt if they really lose much "play" in the long run.
