Letter: Vegas ad campaign touts immorality

For the past couple of weeks I've seen a Las Vegas TV ad campaign going on, obviously on a national scale, promoting and characterizing Las Vegas as that place where "What happens here, stays here." Unfortunately, the commercials show immoral activities such as cheating wives (implied) or cheating parents of children (leaving the children home alone) to be the vehicles of the campaign.

As I sit here in Wolcott, Conn., a small town with a good value system, I wonder what the citizen of Las Vegas thinks as he or she gets up in the morning to go to work so that they can feed, clothe and house their children and try to teach them about what's good and moral.
