Willie 'Bill' Barber
Willie "Bill" Barber, 97, of Saginaw, Mich., died Aug. 24 in Saginaw. She was born Aug. 1, 1908, in Newellton, La. A former Las Vegas resident, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Willie Washington and George W. Washington, both of Las Vegas; two daughters, Lizzie Robinson of Saginaw and Bobbie Culpepper of Detroit; 22 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Greater Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church, 1915 Lexington St. Graveside services will follow at 1 p.m. Thursday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
Donald Clements
Donald Clements, 67, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. A retired sign company supervisor and a Vietnam War Air Force veteran, he was born Jan. 30, 1938, in LaGrange, Ga.
He is survived by his wife, Melita.
Visitation is scheduled 1 p.m. until a 3 p.m. service Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Mardell L. Craddock
Mardell L. Craddock, 97, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 2, 1908, in Iowa. A resident for 30 years, she was a clerk at a utility company and a pilot.
She is survived by one daughter, Joan Waters of Salem, Ore.; best friends, Peggy Bottiger and Annabelle Balos, both of Las Vegas; two grandsons; and two great-grandchildren.

Lois Harriet Evans
Lois Harriet Evans, 90, of Boulder City died Sunday in a local care center. She was born July 3, 1915, in Colton, S.D. A resident for 34 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by three daughters, Annette Kefalas of Henderson, Marlene Jordahl of Portland, Ore., and Sharol Gibbons of Star, Idaho; 10 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were scheduled at 10 a.m. today in Boulder City Cemetery, 501 Adams Blvd. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, handled arrangements.
Cecil A. Freeman
Cecil A. Freeman, 73, of Henderson died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born June 2, 1932, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for 21 years, he was a retired postal carrier and a Korean War Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Carmen; five daughters, Sonia Rosales of Henderson, Mona Insinna of Castaic, Calif., Caroline Enriquez of Mesquite, Texas, Diane Salazar of Garland, Texas, and Maggie Garza of Corpus Christi, Texas; three sons, Alex Gomez of Mesquite and Patrick Freeman and John Freeman; 20 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled noon until a 2 p.m. service Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson.

Steven Frehner
Steven Frehner, 51, of Romeoville, Ill., died Sunday in Illinois. He was born Sept. 11, 1953, in Winslow, Ariz. A former Henderson resident for 10 years, he was a chef.
He is survived by his father, Gordon Frehner of Henderson; and one daughter, Stephanie Frehner of LaPine, Ore.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., handled arrangements.
Joseph S. Haladay
Joseph S. Haladay, 90, of Las Vegas died Aug. 13 in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 3, 1914, in Minneapolis. A resident for two years, he owned and operated a silk screen company and was a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Priscilla; one son, Jay Haladay of Lake Oswego, Ore.; and one daughter, Jan Martel of North Las Vegas.

Larry Clark Pugh Sr.
Larry Clark Pugh Sr., 65, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 22, 1939, in Ohio. A resident for 27 years, he owned a pool maintenance company and was a veteran of the Army Reserves.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Carol; three daughters, Trina Sue Sprague, Lorrina Rodriguez and Debra Marie Cobian, and two sons, Larry C. Pugh Jr. and Aaron Allen Pugh, all of Las Vegas; and 14 grandchildren.

William Quinn
William Quinn, 65, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 30, 1939, in Pittsburgh. A resident for 25 years, he was a retired iron worker and an Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Colleen; four sons, Sean Quinn of California and Timothy Quinn, Cornelius Quinn and Daniel Quinn, all of Las Vegas; two daughters, Valerie Alvarado of Canyon Country, Calif., and Kiley Quinn of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled noon-7 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 3 p.m. Friday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.
John A. Reeves
John A. Reeves, 58, of Henderson died Friday in Henderson. He was born Dec. 5, 1946, in San Bernardino, Calif. A resident for one year, he was a retired iron worker, a Vietnam War Army veteran and a member of the Disabled American Veterans.
He is survived by three daughters, Shelley Moulton of Ridgecrest, Calif., Cindy Winks of Las Vegas and Theresa Martin of Denver; one son, Eric Reeves of Ventura, Calif.; his mother, Beckie Gallagher of Cathedral City, Calif.; one brother, Joseph Reeves of Bend, Ore.; and four grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 1:20 p.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.

James Herbert Ross
James Herbert Ross, 86, of North Las Vegas died Friday in North Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 26, 1918, in Paris, Texas. A resident for 20 years, he was a retired mechanic and a World War II Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by two sons, Jimmy Ross and Richard Ross.
He is survived by two stepsons, Joe W. Walker of Las Vegas and James L. Bell of Dallas; six grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Palm Chapel, Cheyenne. Graveside services will follow at noon Thursday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
Vernon O. Scism
Vernon O. Scism, 83, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 23, 1922, in Bakersfield, Calif. A resident for 15 years, he was a retired school district maintenance man and a World War II Marine Corps veteran who fought on Iwo Jima.
He is survived by his wife, Helen; one daughter, Janie Frebe of Las Vegas; nine grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were scheduled at 2 p.m. today in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., handled arrangements.
Mickey Scott
Mickey Scott, 76, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born April 25, 1929, in New York City. A resident for 16 years, she was a retired makeup artist in the motion picture and TV industries.
She is survived by one daughter, Arlette Greenfield Sieger of Port Washington, N.Y.; two sons, Barry Greenfield and Michael Greenfield, and one sister, Helene Gottlieb, all of Las Vegas; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to a 10 a.m. service Thursday in Lev Hashem Messianic Congregation, 3644 N. Rancho Road. Graveside services will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest, 6701 N. Jones Blvd. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
Ronald D. Thomas
Ronald D. Thomas, 64, of North Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Dec. 22, 1940, in Driggs, Idaho. A resident for five years, he was a retired owner-operator of a mobile home repair company.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia J.; three daughters, Terrie F. Grant of Ontario, Calif., Sherri A. Davison of North Las Vegas and Bonnie L. Voiselle of Carmichael, Calif.; one son, Steven B. Thomas of Huntington Beach, Calif.; one sister, Carol Fisher of Blackfoot, Idaho; one brother, Denny Thomas of Tetonia, Idaho; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 4 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.

Jennifer P. Tracey
Jennifer P. Tracey, 59, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born May 31, 1946, in Evanston, Wyo. A resident for 25 years, she was a bartender and a Navy veteran.
She is survived by one son, Shane Tracey, one brother, Spenser Barnes, and two sisters, Verletta Rundquist and Shirlene Brannon, all of Las Vegas; and one grandchild.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Priscilla Brianna Velasquez
Priscilla Brianna Velasquez, an infant, died Thursday, her date of birth. She was born Aug. 25, 2005, in Las Vegas.
She is survived by her mother, Bernise Suarez, and her father, Saul Velasquez, both of North Las Vegas.
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.
