Benjamin Foster
Benjamin Foster, 82, of Henderson died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Feb. 2, 1923, in New York City. A resident for 15 years, he was a retired owner-operator of a floor covering business, a World War II Marine Corps veteran and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by his wife, Helen; two sons, Bob Foster of Long Beach, Calif., and Dennis Foster of Truckee, Calif.; one daughter, Diana Hayes of Redwood Estates, Calif.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
Jeffrey Hall
Jeffrey Hall, 58, of Las Vegas died July 19 in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 27, 1946, in England. A resident for two years, he was an investor, an Army veteran and president of an organization for underprivileged children.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara Hall.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, handled private arrangements.
Jennie Blanche Jones
Jennie Blanche Jones, 87, of Inverness, Fla., died Friday in a Florida care center. She was born April 1, 1918, in Ava, Mo. A former Las Vegas resident for 56 years, she was a retired secretary in school administration and a member of the PEO Sisterhood, Chapter P of Las Vegas.
She is survived by two daughters, Catherine Savage of Inverness and Diana Isgrig of Parachute, Colo.; one brother, Robert Mankin of Las Vegas; one sister, Mary Heathcote of Ventura, Calif.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home, Inverness, handled arrangements.
Carmen Patrick
Carmen Patrick, 72, of Las Vegas died Aug. 9 in a local hospital. He was born May 2, 1933, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, he was a retired railroad supervisor and laborer and twice chairman of the Las Vegas Paiute Tribe.
He is survived by one brother, Michael Vasquez of Las Vegas; and two sisters, Loretta Gordon and Leona Gordon, both of Lake Havasu, Calif.

Inez 'Nezzi' Rambeau
Inez "Nezzi" Rambeau, 87, of Las Vegas died Aug. 13 in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 4, 1919, in Kennedy, Texas. A resident for 45 years, she retired from the Imperial Palace at 84, was a member of Meeting Professionals International, Society of Government Meeting Professionals, Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International, American Society of Association Executives, Las Vegas Hospitality Association and was a member and recipient of the Past Presidents Award from the Southern California Chapter of Meeting Professionals International.
She is survived by one niece, Laura Brown.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., followed by a gathering of her friends and family at the home of Laura and Jim Brown.
