Why is it that every so often thieves are able to break into the Clark County School District's bus yards and steal two-way radios from the school buses?
Don't the taxpayers have to pay for this negligence on the part of district administrators?
The taxpayers shouldn't have to pay for these radios again and again. Those who are running the affairs of the school district should be paying for them out of their own pockets.
Maybe then they would start taking better care of taxpayers' property.
