Mary Lee Anderson
Mary Lee Anderson, 64, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 22, 1941, in Kilgore, Texas. A resident for 43 years, she was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by one grandson, Leland Turman Jr.
She is survived by her husband, Alton E.; one son, Roy Anderson of Las Vegas; two daughters, Christa Love of Arlee, Mont., and Allison Anderson of Broken Arrow, Okla.; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Thursday and 9-11 a.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Palm Chapel, Cheyenne. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest, 6701 N. Jones Blvd.
Ray B. Crunk
Ray B. Crunk, 69, of Henderson died Tuesday in Henderson. He was born Dec. 17, 1935, in East Alton, Ill. A resident for 64 years, he was a retired glass company owner-operator and a member of the Black Mountain Country Club.
He is survived by his wife, Carole; two daughters, Lori Zajac of Reno and Cindi Cincotta of Las Vegas; two sons, Ray Crunk of Henderson and Mark Crunk of Dayton; one brother, Darrell Crunk of Henderson; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.
The family suggests donations to Odyssey Harbor House, 4011-A McLeod Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89121.
Wayne Thomas Downey
Wayne Thomas Downey, 49, of Las Vegas died April 20 in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 9, 1955, in New York state. A resident for several years, he was a dealer.
He is survived by his wife, Laurie Shea.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
E.J. Dunning
E.J. Dunning, 45, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born April 5, 1960, in Westchester, N.Y. A resident for 12 years, he was a waiter.
He is survived by his wife, Lauren M.; and three daughters, twins Lindsay M. Dunning and Taylor L. Dunning, and Kendall R. Dunning, all of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
Glenn Hugh Gallagher
Glenn Hugh Gallagher, 77, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 14, 1927, in Knoxville, Tenn. A resident for 12 years, he was a retired sales representative in the trucking industry and a World War II Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Micheline J.; three daughters, Glynda Gallagher Allison of Bayou Vista, Texas, Dominique Gallagher of Las Vegas and Christine Brady of Upland, Calif.; one son, Michael Gallagher of North Las Vegas; and five grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
Emilia Gutierrez
Emilia Gutierrez, 69, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born May 25, 1935, in Mexico. A resident for 25 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Jesus J. Sr., and six sons, Jesus Gutierrez Jr., Flavio Gutierrez, Rigo Gutierrez, Simon Gutierrez, Antonio Gutierrez and Javier Gutierrez, all of Las Vegas; and three daughters, Emilia Badillo and Maria Gutierrez, both of Las Vegas, and Soledad Gamez of California.
Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. Thursday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Friday in St. Christopher's Catholic Church, 1840 N. Bruce St. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Karen J. Hawkins
Karen J. Hawkins, 52, of Las Vegas died April 15 in a local hospital. She was born July 14, 1952, in Cincinnati. A resident for 29 years, she was a public school teacher.
She is survived by her husband, Dr. Budweiser Hawkins II; one daughter, Victoria Hawkins, and one son, Budweiser Hawkins III, both of Las Vegas; and her parents, Eugene B. and Lillian Dotson of Columbus, Ohio.
A memorial service will be 5 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Mary L. Hodges, 73, of Las Vegas died Sunday in North Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 8, 1931, in Texas. A resident for 54 years, she was a drugstore cashier.
She is survived by two daughters, Belinda Johnson of North Las Vegas and Terri Hodges of Las Vegas; two sons, Vassar Hodges and Darnell Dean, both of North Las Vegas; her stepmother, Ida M. Coleman of Los Angeles; one sister, Myrtle Mouton of Las Vegas; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Thursday in Thomas and Jones Funeral Home, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Second Baptist Church, 500 W. Madison Ave. Burial will be in Davis' Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
Harold E. Mount
Harold E. Mount, 78, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospice. He was born April 14, 1927, in Fort Worth, Texas. A resident for 16 years, he was a retired plasterery and a Gold Coast league bowler.
He is survived by one son, James R. Whitehead of Garber, Okla.; and three grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be 10 a.m.-2 p.m. May 6 at the Gold Coast Bowling Center. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Bettye Mowery
Bettye Mowery, 75, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 19, 1930, in Baltimore. A resident for 16 years, she was a retired office worker for a medical supply company and a longtime Girl Scout leader.
She is survived by her husband, Vincent; two daughters, Wendy Schultz of Henderson and Laurie Mowery of Long Branch, N.J.; her father, Everett Gue of Palm Harbor, Fla.; and one granddaughter, Amanda Schultz of Henderson.
Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m. until a 2 p.m. service Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.

Charlotte Pollits
Charlotte Pollits, 71, of Henderson died Friday in Henderson. A retired legal secretary, a member of the City of Hope and the Hebrew Club, she was born May 23, 1933, in Brooklyn, N.Y.
She is survived by her husband, Anthony; one daughter, Helene Entus of Plantation, Fla.; one sister, Rosalie Ferraro of Howard Beach, N.Y.; and two granddaughters.

Linda Margarita Smith
Linda Margarita Smith, 48, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born June 7, 1958, in South America. A resident for five years, she was a teacher.
She is survived by one daughter, Shambra Smith; her parents, Robert and Joyce Jones; one brother, Robert W. James; one sister, Cindy Jones; and one grandchild.
No local services are scheduled. A celebration of life will be in Zion National Park in Utah. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

Karen Ann Villareal
Karen Ann Villareal, 46, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born June 12, 1958, in Covina, Calif. A resident for eight years, she was a nursing assistant.
She is survived by two daughters, Stephanie M. Selby of Hagerstown, Md., and Shannon N. Selby of Las Vegas; her mother, Beverly Evasic of Apple Valley, Calif.; her stepmother, Sidney Burnell of South San Gabriel, Calif.; two brothers, Mike Burnell of Granada Hills, Calif., and Guy Burnell of Palm Springs, Calif.; four sisters, Jane Dyrud of McCall, Idaho, Bobbie Joe Bowser of Del City, Okla., Lori Menkey of Dill City, Okla., and Kathy Rangel of Apple Valley, Calif.; and one grandchild.
A memorial service will be noon Thursday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd.
Violet Warren
Violet Warren, 104, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. A performer and a musician, she was born Nov. 27, 1900, in Sunderland, England.
She is survived by one daughter, Barbara Foy of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 10-11 a.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Walter Worthington
Walter Worthington, 77, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 29, 1928, in Texas. A resident for 49 years, he was a retired warehouse worker for Pepsi-Cola, an Army veteran, a Veterans of Foreign Wars commander at Post 1057 and a member of the Fordyce Club.
He is survived by his wife, Betty; five sons, Walter Lantz Worthington, Jamie K. Worthington, Albert Harris, Charles Harris and John Harris, and two daughters, Elizabeth Harris and Jacqueline Harris, all of Las Vegas; 34 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today in Thomas and Jones Funeral Home, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in True Love Missionary Baptist Church, 1941 North H St. Burial will follow in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
