The pun in House Majority Leader Tom DeLay's last name is no coincidence, as proven by his own behavior. His repeated nonresponses of, "I didn't know" and "I wasn't aware" of certain laws and regulations is a reminder of others of his distasteful ilk, including President Richard Nixon (Watergate) and President Ronald Reagan (Iran-Contra).
This seems to be the sour, bitter fall of a sour, bitter man.
